Module 3 - Inner Child
This module prepares therapists to understand the role of childhood trauma (also known as Adverse Childhood Experiences or ACES) in mental health issues. Global evidence and Wellness Space’s extensive research confirm that ACEs, consisting of abuse, neglect and household challenges, are linked to the risk of long-term mental health and chronic conditions. The concept of the “inner child” phenomenon (a psychosynthesis of all ages from childhood to old age) continues to impact human beings’ overall expressions of themselves in the world.
The workshop provides practical techniques for transformation and integration, including the Release Reframe Toolkit and bodywork, and introduces the multi-step “Healing the Child Within” methodology psychotherapy intervention. Real case studies and evidence-based insights will equip therapists with the tools needed to identify and address repressed emotions and unresolved childhood issues effectively.

- Brief understanding of ACE and Parenting styles
- Process of Conducting Inner Child Integration Therapy Session using Hypnosis And Use of Affect Bridges (non Hypnotic method)
- Client Intake, Making detailed Time Line and Capturing Key Events for working in Therapy and Measurability
- Understanding concepts like Family Systems, Drama Triangles, Codependency, Parent Tapes, Psychosocial development stages, Childhood Roles and impact on mental health
- Techniques for Identification, Connection, transformation and integration of the Inner Child using Release Reframe Toolkit for working on childhood traumas, emotions and dysfunctional belief systems
(The Training will include Concept sharing and Discussions, Practical demonstrations of the techniques and live Practises)
