At Society for Energy & Emotions, Wellness Space, we have been working with complex trauma (primarily driven by repeated childhood trauma exposure where the individual can’t escape the situation). The journey, since 2019, has initially studied the prevalence of childhood trauma (ACE: Adverse Childhood Experiences) in individuals assessed with PTSD. We used the PCL-C assessment tool, but it was insufficient. Subsequently, based on extensive research, we identified an ICD-11-based assessment of ITQ (International Trauma Questionnaire) that provided a clear, concise assessment. With clarity on specific assessment, we explored inner child integration therapy and RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories) and obtained excellent results.
