At Society for Energy & Emotions, Wellness Space, we have been working with complex trauma (primarily driven by repeated childhood trauma exposure where the individual can’t escape the situation). The journey, since 2019, initially studied the prevalence of childhood trauma (ACE: Adverse Childhood Experiences) in individuals assessed with PTSD. We had used PCL-C assessment tool then, unfortunately, that was not sufficient. Subsequently, based on extensive research we identified ICD-11 based assessment of ITQ (International Trauma Questionnaire) which provided very clear, concise assessment. Having clarity on specific assessment, we explored inner child integration therapy and RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories), and have got excellent results.
