Abstract—The methodology includes measurements, each with its own benefits and limitations, across different levels: physiology, energy, emotions and the mind. Examples illustrate the use of the methodology in depression, loss of loved ones, anxiety, extreme anger, bodily pain, and extreme phobia. Each type of measurement is presented with guidelines to apply in practical work. Additionally, the future implications of such an approach are explained. While our workshops are certified by SEE and IPHM, the research work is the best form of collateral that our therapists can leverage. For example, our self-hypnosis protocol we cover in Module 1 is on the basis of our study published in the International Journal of Yoga.
