RELATIONSHIP DRAMAS…..

When people come with relationship issues we do a technique that helps them resolve the blockage in the relationship and change their response to that person (living/dead). Usually people whose relationships are not functional always feel that it is so because the other person is not willing to change. They also believe that it cant get better till the other person doesn't change his/her behaviour or attitude. This is a myth. IN all relationships we all suffer from our own perceptual distortions of that person based on our past experiences with that person and we always unconsciously behave or respond

Publication: Can decreased heart rate variability be a marker of autonomic dysfunction, metabolic syndrome and diabetes?

Can't have better recognition of the concept !!  Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is core to the Naad Yoga (Sound Healing) workshops we conduct and here is one publication on its role in disease or imbalance.   HRV is an important concept covered in Naad Yoga 2 and more depth is explored in Naad Yoga 3.  Our 220 hours Regression Therapy & Life Coaching certification also includes this concept (coherence) into the SEE Protocol for self-hypnosis or mindfulness. Newton’s Law in Our Lives….some reflections

Newton's Law in Our Lives....some reflections We are all energy bodies and every interaction we have with outside world there is constant energy exchange, action and reaction. Hence what we are 'inside' (heart, mind, emotions) is what those outside of us react to...!! If we are angry, fuming mad, we give out those signals unknowingly and we end up having everyone and everything around us reacting to our energies based on that anger. The moment we relax, the world around us also changes and things start falling in place. Most of us in today's times (thanks to our education and upbringing)
