The individual came with very high assessment (both intensity and frequency) of adverse childhood experiences (ACE score) or childhood trauma.  There were obvious outcomes in the area of emotional health, such as poor well-being, high level of depression and anxiety, poor sleep quality, as shown in the visual below under "before".
