About Vrushti
Vrushti, a psychologist and clinical hypnotherapist, joined Wellness Space in 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s (Honors) degree, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical and Applied Hypnosis from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara.
Vrushti has a deep understanding of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues, and trauma. She incorporates mindfulness-based techniques into her therapy sessions to promote self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience. Her advanced training in clinical hypnotherapy enables her to offer highly specialized care to her clients.
A passionate researcher, Vrushti continuously contributes to advancements in psychology and therapy, empowering individuals to achieve emotional well-being and healing.
