About Vipasha Naik

Vipasha is our young and passionate psychotherapist with a strong academic and practical foundation in holistic and trauma-informed therapy. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar and then went on to complete Master’s in Holistic Counseling from the Australian School of Holistic Counseling. She is currently pursuing a PhD from the PP Savani University, Surat.

Vipasha’s mission is to help individuals move beyond past conditioning and step into a more conscious, empowered present and future.

Her therapeutic approach integrates a range of mind-body modalities including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Integration, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Gestalt Therapy, creating personalized pathways for deep emotional healing and self-discovery.

Hello Ririi, I wanted to share with you that I have been doing the techniques sessions with Vipasha & I am extremely happy with the way she conducts the session. Her calming voice in itself very soothing & I end up feeling calm after the sessions. Even during the day, the feeling of calmness resonates with me & I have had a couple of occasions where I have taken a pause of 2 seconds before reacting to a trigger & it has helped me avoid conflicts with my kids. Even after I stop taking these daily sessions, if possible, I would like to meet with her 2-3 times a week until I get a hang of using these techniques by myself.
