Renée, also known as Reshma Nair, transitioned into the mental health sector after a decade-long corporate career in education management. A passionate advocate for integrating spirituality with science, she specializes in creating safe and empowering spaces for mental health conversations.
Renée’s expertise includes certifications in Child Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Parenting Coaching, with over seven years of experience. She is also a Yoga Practitioner trained at Isha Yoga in Coimbatore, a Reiki Master, Chakra Healer, and Pendulum Dowser. Currently, she is pursuing advanced certifications in Regression Therapy, Life Coaching, and Hypnotherapy, focusing on inner child healing and advanced psychotherapy techniques.
Her practice at Wellness Space emphasizes self-love as a transformative tool. Over the past two years, she has successfully worked with over 100 clients, ranging from children to seniors, integrating research-backed methods into her sessions.
Renée’s unique approach bridges the gap between emotional healing and spiritual growth, inspiring clients to take charge of their well-being.
