About Meenakshi
Meenakshi, based in Japan for over 25 years, brings two decades of research and development experience from multinational corporations to her role as a therapist at Wellness Space. She is a representative of SEE in Japan and has been an integral part of the team since 2021.
Her certifications include Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy, and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) for PTSD. Meenakshi employs psychosynthesis techniques to help clients integrate conflicting parts of their psyche and leverages life coaching methods to guide them toward clarity and healing.
Fluent in Hindi, English, Japanese, and Punjabi, Meenakshi also shares her love for Hindi poetry and uses her creative expression to raise mental health awareness through her YouTube channel.
As a mother of two—one teenager and one young adult—she balances her professional and personal life with grace and empathy, supporting clients in their transformative journeys.
