The role of emotions and heart-coherence in health and well being
The quality of life and wellbeing depend on the mind as well as the body. The mind (energy, emotions, beliefs etc) related work needs a clear measurability for us to understand the effectiveness of the intervention and many of us are not clear what can we do with our body to influence the thoughts and the emotions (i.e. the mind).
The talk highlights the need to focus on the mind as well as the body to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing. The topics include (a) the need to measure the effectiveness of the “mind/emotion” related therapies (b) Why/how to integrate the practices of heart-coherence into daily routine (d) Evidence, followed by demonstrations and short practices.
