About Anagha
Anagha Nagpal, with over 30 years of international experience, is a versatile therapist based in Japan. She holds certifications in Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Healing, and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), specifically for PTSD. She is also trained in Early Childhood Montessori Teaching and has completed the Positive Discipline Parent Education Program.
Anagha’s journey has taken her across five countries, including India, the USA, Japan, China, and Singapore. This exposure allows her to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a mother of twins, she integrates her personal experiences into her therapeutic approach, supporting parents and children with empathy and understanding.
Since joining Wellness Space in 2022, Anagha has helped clients navigate challenges with a focus on balance, empathy, and actionable solutions. Her holistic perspective enables her to address emotional, behavioral, and relational issues with care and professionalism.
